Leonard Tharpe
Leonard has over 35 years of experience in various areas of computer science and information technologies, serving in both technical and management positions. Leonard received a B.S. in Computer Science from Austin Peay State University in 1982. He received a M.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Southern California and a M.S. in Computer Science from the U. S. Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. He also attended the Dartmouth College Minority Business Executive Program. He completed the TN HIMSS/Belmont University Health Information Technology (HIT) Accelerator Certificate Program.

With a strong background in enterprise content management, John held key technical sales and consulting roles at IBM and FileNet
With over three decades of experience working in Human Resources, Sheila is a seasoned professional. She has worked in employee relations, recruitment, hiring and retention, compensation, benefits, and leadership development. Sheila has also been part of Senior Executives teams to define human resources strategic initiatives and work with team performance and development.
Corey leads our managed services and Information Technology departments. Since his first time sitting at an old Macintosh LC II Corey has been an avid technology enthusiast.
Rebecca Bender

Rebecca graduated Magna Cum Laude from Austin Peay State University with both a B.S. in Computer Information Technology in 2021 (Database Administration and Internet & Web Technology) and a M.S. in Computer Science & Quantitative Methods (Data Management & Analytics) in 2023. In 2021, the APSU Computer Science Department awarded her the Outstanding Student in Computer Information Technology Award. In 2022, she was selected as a recipient of the Army Women’s Foundation's Legacy Scholarship.
Marsalis Teague

Marsalis is a forward-thinking IT visionary that leads the business development efforts of LTA Tech Services. Marsalis is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville where he was a 4-year starter for the Vols football team. He was awarded Mr. Football Tennessee in 2008. He enjoys playing golf and going to the gym.

Keira is currently a senior at Austin Peay State University (APSU) where she is pursuing a Bachelors in Professional Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. While interning with LTA, she is focused on social media management, branding, digital marketing, and analytics. Keira has also served as a Pack Leader at YMCA Camp Widjiwagan and is a graduate of Beech High School in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
